Delivery & Return
Your order will be delivered to the courier within a maximum of 3 business days after the day you placed the order. If you have chosen the Cash on Delivery option, your order will be delivered within 7 business days. Deliveries are not made on weekends and official holidays. You can track the status of your order in the "My Orders" section of your account.
If your order is still in the preparation stage and has not yet been delivered to the courier, you can inform us by calling +40721216626 or sending an email to [email protected]. Your order will be cancelled within the day.
Your returned product will be examined by Oz Hicret officials to see if it meets the return requirements. The return of products that comply with the return procedures will be approved, and the product fee will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days. It may take 7-15 business days for this fee to be reflected in your account due to bank procedures.
• The product(s) must be sent to us in their original undamaged packaging, unused, and without damage due to improper use.
• You must send the product's sales invoice.
• If the product's invoice is corporate, a replacement or return is made based on the amount on the invoice without including the shipping fee, provided that it is unused.
• The customer is responsible for compensating for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use and for returning the product in the condition it was delivered to them.
