OZ HICRET, constantly strives for the accuracy of the information on the website. However, errors may occur, such as human errors in data entry, images that are only illustrative and may include accessories that are not part of the standard configurations, or specifications modified by manufacturers without notice.
All Products and Services displayed on the website are available for purchase only within the limits of the existing stock or pre-order.
Orders on the website can only be placed by Customers or Users who have an active Account.
For justified reasons, the company reserves the right to restrict access to certain Customers or Users, declaring their account inactive, selectively deactivating certain functionalities, or refusing access to certain payment methods, if it is considered that their activity on the site could harm the company.
The company reserves the right, in justified cases, to reduce the quantity of Products or Services in an Order. In such a situation, the customer will be informed, and any additional amounts paid will be refunded.
The contract between the company and the customer is considered concluded when the customer receives the Transactional Message confirming the Order. The Order Document serves as the basis for the contract between the parties, being electronically stored and permanently accessible from the customer's Account.
The terms and conditions can be updated at any time, and Customers and Users will be informed about these changes upon first login to their account.

The order document serves as the contractual basis, being electronically stored and permanently accessible from the customer's account.
6. Delivery and Verification
The ordered products can be delivered to the indicated address or picked up personally from the OZ HICRET physical store. The stages of the delivery process:
- 1. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
- 2. Delivery Time Estimate: The confirmation email includes an estimated delivery period, which may vary depending on stock and location.
- 3. Order Shipment: The customer receives an email with the tracking number.
- 4. Delivery: Orders are delivered by courier between 9:00-17:00 on working days.
- 5. Package Inspection: The customer is encouraged to inspect the package before signing. In case of visible damage, it is recommended to refuse the package and immediately notify our team.

1. Return: Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receiving them, in accordance with current legislation.
2. Conditions: Products must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

o Variable fee for orders under 1,000 RON, displayed at order completion.
