Delivery Conditions
General Information
Spare parts orders placed through Oz Hicret S.R.L. (www.ozhicret.com) are handed over to the courier within a maximum of 3 business days after payment confirmation. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this period. These processes are conducted in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Romanian distance selling legislation.
Delivery Time
  • The delivery period starts from the date of order confirmation and is completed within a maximum of 30 days in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

  • Spare parts deliveries within Bucharest are free of charge.

  • Intra-city deliveries are usually completed within 1-3 business days, and inter-city deliveries within 2-7 business days.

  • For international orders (only within the European Union), the delivery time may be 3-15 business days.

  • For spare parts that are out of stock, you will be informed within 3 days, and payment will be refunded within 14 days.

  • For spare parts orders under 1000 RON and over 10 kg, shipping fees apply. Orders of 1000 RON and above or up to 10 kg have free shipping.

Delivery Method
You can receive your spare parts orders via courier or pick them up from the Oz Hicret S.R.L. store. Delivery can be made to your address through our contracted courier company, or you can pick up your spare parts free of charge from our store. Cash on delivery option is available (Romania only). Upon delivery, you must check the package in the presence of the courier, and in case of damage or deficiency, a report must be prepared and the product should not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
  • Spare parts orders of 1000 RON and above or up to 10 kg have free shipping.

  • For orders below the specified amount or above the specified weight, shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

  • During campaign periods, shipping costs may vary and will be announced on the website.

  • Deliveries within Bucharest are free of charge.

Delivery Address Change
If you wish to change your delivery address after placing an order, you must contact our customer service via info@ozhicret.com before the product is handed over to the courier. Address changes are not possible after the product has been shipped.
Undeliverable Orders
If the courier company cannot find you at the delivery address, your order will be redirected to the nearest courier branch and you will be informed via SMS/email. According to Romanian legislation, orders that are not picked up within the specified period (usually 5-7 days) will be returned to Oz Hicret S.R.L., and return costs may be charged to the buyer.
International Deliveries (within the European Union)
We offer spare parts deliveries within the European Union. Delivery time may vary between 3-15 business days, and shipping costs may differ by country. For deliveries outside the EU, please contact info@ozhicret.com. Customs procedures and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Force Majeure
Oz Hicret S.R.L. is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, emergencies, courier company strikes, etc. In such situations, our customers will be informed immediately and alternative solutions will be offered.
Protection of Personal Data (GDPR)
Your personal data collected during the delivery process (name, surname, address, phone, email) is used exclusively for order delivery purposes in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Romanian data protection legislation, and is not shared with third parties.
