Warranty and Return Policy
| Right of Withdrawal (in accordance with GDPR and EU Directive) |
| The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the spare part without stating any reason (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Withdrawal notification must be made in writing or via email (info@ozhicret.com). The consumer must return the product within 14 days; Oz Hicret S.R.L. refunds the amount within the same period. Return shipping costs within the right of withdrawal are borne by the seller. |
| Return Conditions |
| The returned spare part must be unused, with unopened original packaging, with invoice. Parts with opened packaging (gaskets, filters, brakes, etc.) and mounted parts are not accepted. Return requests are made to info@ozhicret.com. |

| - Customized spare parts - Perishable products - Parts with opened packaging (gaskets, filters, brakes, bulbs, oils, etc.) - Mounted or used parts - Hygiene products |
| Products that Cannot be Delivered |
| If the spare part cannot be supplied, Oz Hicret S.R.L. informs the consumer within 3 days and refunds the payment within 14 days. |
| Warranty Conditions |
| Spare parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Installation errors, wrong part selection or usage errors are not covered by warranty. If damage is detected upon delivery, a report must be prepared and the product must not be accepted. Signs of mounting or usage exclude warranty. In case of defects, the consumer may request a refund, free repair, replacement or price reduction. Warranty claims are sent to info@ozhicret.com. |
| Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) |
| Oz Hicret S.R.L. processes the consumer's personal data (name, surname, address, phone, email, payment information) only for order processing, delivery and customer services. Data is protected in accordance with GDPR (EU 2016/679) and Romanian legislation. The consumer may exercise rights of access, rectification, deletion and data portability.
