| 1. Website Access | You can access our website at www.ozhicret.com. On the homepage, you can search by vehicle brand, model, and spare parts categories. |
| 2. Registration / Login | Click the "Sign Up" or "Login" button in the top right corner to create an account or log in to your existing account. Membership is mandatory to purchase products. Company information (company name, CUI/CIF, address) is required for registration. We do not sell to individuals. Without company information, we cannot supply products. Thanks to our B2B partnership program, we offer special discounted prices to companies that make regular purchases. For B2B membership application, send an email to info@ozhicret.com. |
| 3. Product Search | Enter part code or vehicle details in the search bar, or use Part Finder to select brand/model and find compatible parts. You can also search through the category menu (engine, brakes, electrical, etc.). |
| 4. Product Details | The product page displays technical specifications, compatible vehicle models, price, stock status and images of the spare part. Carefully read the product description to ensure it is compatible with your vehicle. |
| 5. Add to Cart | Select the desired quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or view your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. If the product you are looking for is not found, you can contact us via WhatsApp button, phone (+40 721 216 626) or email (info@ozhicret.com) to request the product. |
| 6. View Cart | Check products in your cart, modify quantities or remove unwanted items. Shipping cost and total amount are displayed on the cart page. |
| 7. Delivery Information | After clicking the "Checkout" button, enter your delivery address or select a saved address. Verify your billing information. |
| 8. Payment Method Selection | You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer. Enter your card details on the secure payment page and click "Complete Payment". |
| 9. Order Confirmation | After payment is completed, the order confirmation page is displayed. Your order number and details are sent to your email address. |
| 10. Order Tracking | From "My Account" section, click "My Orders" to track your order status. The courier tracking number is sent via email. |
| 11. Delivery | Your order is delivered to the specified address via courier company. Deliveries within Romania over 10 kg and 1,000 LEI are free. Delivery time is usually 3-7 business days. For international orders, shipping cost is borne by the buyer and delivery time varies by country. |
| 12. Product Receipt | Check the packaging when receiving the product. If the product is damaged or missing, prepare a report in the presence of the courier and do not accept the product. |
| 13. Return / Right of Withdrawal | You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from product receipt. Send your return request to info@ozhicret.com. Only products with unopened packaging and unmounted can be returned. |

| 15. Account Management | From "My Account" section, you can view and update personal information, company information, address book and order history. |
